BOOKING AND CANCELATION

Bookings can be made through the book now button, Instagram direct messages, or via Facebook.

A $10 fee is required to secure all bookings (excluding permanent makeup appointments). Without this deposit, your booking cannot be confirmed. This deposit fee will be deducted from your total service amount after the appointment has concluded and is non-refundable.

All permanent makeup appointments require a $50 deposit to secure your booking. Without this deposit, your booking cannot be confirmed. This deposit fee will be deducted from your total service amount after the appointment has concluded and is non-refundable.

All appointments allow for a 15 minute grace period only of your appointment start time.

If you cancel within a 24 hour period of your scheduled appointment, no-show, or you are 15 minutes late or more, an additional $15 fee is required upon rebooking your appointment and your deposit will not be refunded or transferred to the following appointment.

A no-show appointment without notice will not be able to book a future appointment.

24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.

If you have elapsed 9-11 weeks of your initial permanent makeup appointments, you will be charged an additional $50 fee upon booking your touch-up appointment.

All time frames for permanent makeup have varying price ranges and if you exceed 18 months, you will restart at the current full existing initial appointment price.

Mini eyelash extension fills will only apply to lash sets completed no longer than 3-7 days after a full set.

Foreign refills for eyelash extensions will be considered full sets and will require a removal and a fresh full set.

Refills for lash extensions must be 40% full - anything less with be a full set. Refills scheduled over 4 weeks from the previous appointment will need to be rescheduled as a full set. If you are unsure of the status of your growth, please send a photo to confirm whether you will need a full set lol a refill.

Please book your touch-ups and refills accordingly to avoid disappointment.

Clients experiencing any allergic reactions must notify me within 24 hours of the initial appointment to qualify for a free removal of eyelash extensions. Redness within the first 6-8 hours following the appointment is normal for a first time client of eyelash extensions. If redness, irritation, puss or any other allergic reactions occur after I have assessed the situation and it persists for about 1-2 days, please consult your doctor or a medical physician.

We are an all inclusive business providing services for all races, gender expressions, sexes, sexual preferences, religions, and ability. We are constantly striving to maintain a positive, respectful and welcoming environment for all clients. Venus Beauty Haus has the right to refuse any client that violates the above policy at any time.
